Brazilian e-Commerce Chamber (camara-e.net) and Safe Internet Movement (MIS) launched today the e-Shopper Satisfaction Index.
Brazilian e-Commerce was approved by 86.3% of e-Shoppers (e-Consumers) on April 2009. This number is the result of e-Shopper Satisfaction Index, launched today by camara-e.net and MIS, a Brazilian e-Commerce Chamber committee. MIS was created in 2005 with the goal to bring information to the average Internet user about how to have a safer navigation experience on the web.
The e-Shopper Satisfaction Index has been growing since the beginning of the year and reached its best performance on April 2009. Previous months showed great scores above 85% (January – 85.87%, February – 85.59% and March – 85.90%).
It’s important to emphasize that this metric is performing very close to the e-Commerce satisfaction indexes measured in the US.
Finally this number shows that Brazilians trust the e-Commerce online shopping experience.
